Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of titanfin.co and everything on it (“the site”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, creating an account, or signing in, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

TitanFin publishes and compares home loan information gathered from lenders' published sources. That is the whole of what we do.

We are not a bank, an NBFC, a housing finance company, a lender, a broker, a direct selling agent, or an agent or representative of any lender. We are not registered, licensed, or authorised by the Reserve Bank of India, SEBI, IRDAI, or any other regulatory or statutory authority, and we are not investment advisers under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, credit, legal, accounting, or tax advice, nor a recommendation, offer, solicitation, or invitation to apply for, transfer, or enter into any loan or financial product. No relationship of adviser and client, agent and principal, or fiduciary and beneficiary arises between you and us.

We are not paid by any lender for appearing in, or ranking within, our results. We receive no commission, referral fee, or other consideration from any lender for a loan you take.

Everything we show is indicative and generated from published rates and the figures you enter. Your actual rate, eligibility, fees, and terms are determined solely by the lender, on their own assessment of you, and will often differ from anything shown here.

Before acting on anything you read here, you must independently verify it with the lender's official sources, and you should consult a qualified and appropriately licensed professional about your own circumstances. Any decision you take is yours alone, made on your own judgement and at your own risk.

We work hard to keep our data current and correct. Even so, lenders change their rates, fees, and eligibility criteria frequently and without notice, and our information may at any time be incomplete, out of date, or wrong.

We give no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, or suitability of anything on the site. Where our information differs from a lender's own published terms, the lender's official terms prevail, and you should rely on those.

The site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive, and including loss of profits, savings, opportunity, goodwill, or data — arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or your reliance on anything found on it.

This applies to any decision you make or do not make, including a decision to apply or not apply for a loan, to transfer or not transfer a loan, or to accept or decline any offer, and it applies whether the loss arises from our information being inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, unavailable, or otherwise.

Everything here is provided for information only. It is not a basis on which to make a financial decision, and it is not a substitute for the lender's own terms or for professional advice.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand rupees) or the total amount you have paid us, whichever is greater. The site is free to use, so in most cases that amount is nil.

We store the account details Google gives us when you sign in and the loan figures you enter. We do not ask for or store your PAN, Aadhaar, loan account number, bank account number, or property address. We never sell, rent, or trade your data. We use the loan data points you provide, in aggregate and without anything identifying you, to improve the matching we give future users, and by using the site you consent to that.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use the site. You agree to give accurate information, to keep your sign-in credentials secure, and to accept responsibility for everything done through your account. Figures you enter that are inaccurate will produce results that are inaccurate.

The site is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-extract our data; republish, resell, or redistribute it; access it by automated means; reverse engineer any part of the site; or use it in any way that is unlawful, infringes anyone's rights, or interferes with its operation or security. We may suspend or withdraw access to anyone who does.

The site links to lenders and other third parties. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and linking to them is not an endorsement. Your dealings with any lender are strictly between you and that lender, and we are not a party to them and bear no liability arising from them.

The site, its content, its design, and the way we curate, compare, score, and rank lender information belong to us and are protected by law. You may read and use it for your own personal purposes; you may not copy or exploit it commercially without our written permission.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, without notice and without liability. We do not guarantee the site will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

You agree to indemnify and hold us, and our directors, employees, and contractors, harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your reliance on anything found on it, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the version that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

If any part of these terms is held to be unenforceable, that part applies to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the rest of these terms continue in force.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, including the High Court of Judicature at Madras, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the site, and you waive any objection to that forum.
